Abhimanyu is a seasoned strategy consultant and business builder, with deep experience not only in India but also Singapore, UAE, Germany, USA, and Africa. Your attention is drawn to the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, on “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market”.
A common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) which harnesses conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market has been established.
SEBI SCORES Portal
SCORES is an online grievance redressal facilitation platform established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). It enables investors to lodge complaints related to the securities market against SEBI-regulated entities.
Investors are advised to first approach the concerned entity directly for resolution of their grievance through the designated compliance or investor relations officer. If the grievance remains unresolved, investors may then lodge their complaint on the SCORES platform.
